The PROlineUSB ultrasonic inspection device flexibly masters complex industrial applications and can be optimally integrated into mechanized or fully automated single or multi-axis inspection systems. On request, VOGT Ultrasonics designs customer-specific ultrasonic inspection systems according to a modular principle for cost-conscious component inspection. The inspection systems guarantee process-safe and fast inspection with very high inspection quality for 24/7 operation. They are suitable for Industry 4.0 and are used for non-destructive material testing in the aerospace, automotive and metalworking industry.

This inline inspection system is used to inspect cardan shafts using immersion technique. The component is handled by a customer robot. This enables an automated 100% inspection. The test result is communicated directly to the ERP system.

This pipe inspection system inspects large ferritic, austenitic, seamless, welded pipes in a single pass for doubles, longitudinal and transverse defects and wall thicknesses. Common standards DIN EN ISO 10893-8, -10 and -12 are thereby complied.

The PROlineBAR inspection system inspects rod material (e.g. piston pins) using immersion technology. By integrating it into the production line, critical quality deviations are now detected in time to avoid complaints and high follow-up costs.
