Inspection systems based on the PROlineUSB ultrasonic inspection device

The PROlineUSB ultrasonic inspection device flexibly masters complex industrial applications and can be optimally integrated into mechanized or fully automated single or multi-axis inspection systems. On request, VOGT Ultrasonics designs customer-specific ultrasonic inspection systems according to a modular principle for cost-conscious component inspection. The inspection systems guarantee process-safe and fast inspection with very high inspection quality for 24/7 operation. They are suitable for Industry 4.0 and are used for non-destructive material testing in the aerospace, automotive and metalworking industry.

Differentials Inline

Inspection system for rotationally symmetrical, water-sensitive components. By using the bubbler technology, the ultrasonic testing is completely immersion-free. Different components can be tested quickly and flexibly using adapters.
